With the fast development of the science and technology, on-line learning has started and become rather popular in many cities in China. On-line learning is an important way for some people to receive education and refresh their knowledge. At present there are many courses and education programs offered on–line.

It is obvious that on-line learning has its own advantages. First it is a flexible way for individuals to study on-line. They are able to learn at any time when they think they have time. Second, they adjust their learning speed. Sometimes, they can learn fast, and sometimes they can go slow. Third, it is rather cheap to take on-line education program. It is said that one course on-line charges only 100 yuan, which most people can afford. Finally, on-line program can provide a lot of resources which are free for learners to choose.

In my opinion, on-line learning will continue to develop in our country. It future is certainly bright. But I should suggest that more programs be established on-line systematically. And the quality of on-line programs will be further improved.
